It’s a GORGEOUS Saturday afternoon, and I can’t help but think about how beautiful, sunny days like this- when it's warm enough to break out the sandals but you don’t have to worry about melting in the heat-- are one of my favorite things!  And of course, this gets me thinking about some of my other favorite things that I’m really enjoying right now.  So I decided to share with you guys and maybe you might enjoy them too! 1. Living in a CITY again!-If you couldn’t already tell from my previous blogs, I’m in love with Louisville and can’t wait for spring weather to get out and explore everything that it has to offer. 2. It’s crazy to think that Kyle and I have already been married one whole year.  Yesterday we celebrated one year of wedded bliss in the best way ever… spending the whole day relaxing , just the two of us.  It was absolutely perfect.  We slept in… Had lunch at home while we watched UK win the SEC title… Took a long walk through Cherokee Park… Made a delicious stir-fry dinner… And enjoyed a bottle of champagne that we received as a wedding gift and yummy vegan dessert cakes (homemade by your’s truly) while looking through our wedding pictures (all 878 of them), remembering what an amazing day our wedding day was. I finally decided that it’s been way to long since I’ve written…which makes me sad because when I decided to start a blog I was so excited about it and had a goal to write AT LEAST once a week.  But it’s crazy how busy I’ve been lately, and therefore haven’t had a free second to write.  I finally found some time… so here it goes… We have been in Louisville for a little over a month, and absolutely LOVE it.  Our place is still slowly coming together… we are having to organize and decorate little by little.  I LOVE what we have so far and can’t wait until everything is finished and in its place… not only because I simply want it to be “completed” but because I can’t wait to have our families and friends over for dinner parties, and game nights, and any other excuse we can come up with to spend good times with our favorite people!   We only need a few more big pieces of furniture--dining room table, nightstands, TV stand-- and a few accent pieces to pull eve...
